SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” part 10

After their marathon vigorous woohoo session to celebrate their impending nuptials had resulted in Cyril collapsing with what appeared to be a heart attack, Texas summoned an ambulance and had Cyril rushed to the ICU of Finishem Hospital. Her plan to marry Cyril seemed very unlikely that it would ever happen given how close to death’s door Cyril was when he was in the ambulance.

Texas waited impatiently outside Cyril’s private room where he was being treated by his own physician Dr Hugh Manatee. In terms of emotions, she was both equally upset over Cyril’s condition and annoyed with herself that she had not gone through with the marriage to Cyril sooner. Her one chance to marry Cyril and gain access to all of his billions so that she could take her vengeance out on Burke in the business world seemed like a lost dream.

Just then, the door opened and Dr Hugh Manatee came out. The look on his face did not fill Texas with Hope.

Texas was shocked to hear this prognosis. Rabid Rodent Fever was a fatal disease that could not be cured but developed slowly over many years. Cyril just hadn’t collapsed with a simple heart attack. He must’ve known that he was dying but had kept it hidden from her.

The mention of having Seth here snapped Texas into action. Cyril was alive but only just. There was still time to go through with her plan but only if she acted quickly…

Upon being referred to by her former married name, Texas spun around to face Dr Manatee. She would have bitten his head off ordinarily but she had a part to play -that of a distraught fiancée – if she were to stand a chance of gaining access to the dying Cyril.

With her performance paying off, Texas made her way into the room.

Cyril was close to death’s door. Texas took one look at him and knew she didn’t have much time. Whilst she was fond of her lover, she did not love him. Her desire to take on Burke was her driving force. Therefore she was prepared to go to any length to achieve her goal.

A very weak Cyril slowly opened his eyes and looked upon the woman he loved.

Though it took every ounce of strength he had left, a dying Cyril slowly nodded his head before closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep again.

Just then the door opened and Dr Manatee walked in after allowing the couple of minutes visiting time.

Dr Manatee could not believe what he was hearing. Was this woman actually intending on holding a deathbed hospital wedding??? It certainly appeared so to Dr Manatee and it outraged every moral and ethical fibre in his body.

Texas had been expecting pushback from Dr Manatee but whilst she already had her back up plan in place.

Dr Manatee realised he had no choice. He could not jeopardise the millions in donations from the DolbyDoh Corporation and so reluctantly, he agreed for the wedding to proceed. Texas smirked when she realised she had won. Before leaving the room to prepare for the nuptials, Texas gave one last look back at her sleeping lover. She hoped that he would still be alive for when she returned….

Across town, Burke stood in the foyer of The Charlton Hotel. He was there to confront Cyril’s ex-wife Skankee Dolby over the allegations that she was implicit in the kidnapping and hiding of Burke’s firstborn son Badam many years ago.

Cautiously Skankee approached Burke. They had been friends once many years ago and right now Skankee hoped that former friendship would be enough to stop from Burke reacting furiously once she told him the truth.

Burke became aware of the looks from the fellow hotel guests they were getting. He ushered a visibly distraught Skankee towards some seating.

This was it. The moment of truth for Skankee, a chance for her to come clean of the guilt and shame she had carried for over 25 years. And for Burke to finally learn what had happened to his son.

Up to this point Burke had managed to keep the simmering rage inside him under control. Skankee’s remorse was genuine enough and it was apparent to Burke that it had been eating away at her for many years. But it did not take anything away from what she had done and right now Burke hated her for what she had done. However, the next snippet of information was too much to hear…

The horror at what Skankee was trying to say dawned on Burke. Had Fathom and Badam, the unknown siblings to one another, been intimate….?

Whilst Badam and Fathom had come dangerously close, thankfully nothing of that nature had passed between them. But Skankee was unsure of this and now Burke was even more furious with her.

This was a lot to take in for Burke. Whilst he had some tiny part of sympathy for Skankee and the fear of Cyril that had made her do what she did and keep quiet about it, he was absolutely livid with anger.

Burke was determined to see his enemy put behind bars for the rest of his life. However, the thought of going against Cyril terrified Skankee for she knew of the terrible things he was capable of.

Burke Simmington was many things but an abuser of woman he certainly was not. In a moment of clarity he was aware of how forcefully he was holding Skankee and how terrified she looked. Despite his outrage with her he felt ashamed that he had allowed himself to react like this and he released her from his grip. Overcome with emotion and suddenly drained, Burke sank back into his chair while Skankee turned away trembling and sobbing.

As Burke yelled “Go!!!” Skankee took him at his word and bolted for the door and ran out of the hotel.

Blinded with tears of emotion, Skankee ran straight down the hotel front steps….and straight into the path of an oncoming limo!!!!

The car had been driving at speed and did not have time to stop. It hit Skankee full on and knocked her flying into the air. She landed heavily on the ground, her broken body lay motionless…

Meanwhile inside the hotel, the noise of the incident had not gone unnoticed.

Burke overheard someone say that a woman had been run over and immediately he knew who it was.

Burke’s fear was confirmed as soon as he stepped outside. Skankee lay motionless on the ground in front of the limo while some shocked witnesses stood nearby. The driver of the limo had leapt out and ran away and was being given chase by the hotel security.

Burke knelt down beside Skankee who was barely conscious. It was apparently obvious her injuries were severe. Nevertheless Burke tried to console her.

The call was made by someone as Skankee spoke her final words to Burke.

Skankee had done wrong but she had paid the ultimate price. Though he could not wash away his anger, there was no way Burke could not forgive a dying woman. With tears in his eyes as he watched his former friend slip away, Burke forgave her.

Upon hearing that Burke forgave her, Skankee’s eyes closed for the final time as she slipped away. Devastated, Burke pulled her lifeless body close to his.

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 9

As this eventful day in Windenburg continued, an irate Burke was in his office in the late afternoon having a heated discussion on the telephone. He had made contact with the clinic who had conducted the DNA tests several months ago which had proved that Brogan Limewood was his son Badam. In recent days Burke had grown doubtful now that Badam was who he said he was following the claims from Thordon Gompson that HE was the real Badam.

However, the response he was getting from the Doctor wasn’t helping Burke with getting any straight answers.

As Burke’s temper flared, his lawyer Andre Wayward walked into his office to deliver some additional news. Seeing his boss in this state of anger he knew better than to interrupt him.

Burke ended the call and let out a sigh of frustration.

This news silenced Burke for a moment as he reflected on it.

Andre didn’t like seeing his boss like this. Not only was he a lawyer for Burke but he was a close friend and the one person in the business world that Burke would show his true feelings to.

Burke knew Andre was only trying to help and he was grateful for it. And yes, Cyril Dolby was evil and corrupt, he lied and deceived but also he mixed the truth with lies to sow confusion and doubt. But Burke was in no doubt that what Thordon had told him was the truth. He just needed that one bit of evidence to confirm it. And when his phone buzzed with an incoming text from a private investigator he had hired, Burke’s demeanour changed once again.

As the afternoon turned into late evening on this eventful day, things were taking a steamy turn at the mansion of Cyril Dolby as he and Texas enjoyed a full on session of steamy woohoo in the master suite. It was the night before their wedding and they were throwing caution to the wind in not following tradition by staying part the night before.

After the mammoth woohoo session Texas had put her corrupt lover through she lay quivering in excitement at the thought of becoming Mrs Cyril Dolby and what this would mean to her.

The thought of all the wealth and power coming her way soon got all of her juices flowing and she quickly pulled a sweating and pale Cyril close as she devoured him with her kisses.

Hearing this excited Cyril for he had lived his whole adult live wanting to destroy Burke. His heart was racing, in fact beating far quicker than it should be. But this was due to Rabid Rodent Fever, the disease that he was secretly dying from, and how it would take hold of a victim. Cyril’s doctor had warned him not to get too excited as this could advance the disease. Right now, with Texas scantily dresses in his lap promising to destroy Burke once and for all, Cyril didn’t give a thought to his rapid heart beats or the clammy feeling creeping over his body…

This was a delight to her ears. Texas had longed to be at the front of her own empire, a business to rival Burke and now it seemed like a real possibility.

Texas literally had her claws in Cyril. Sure she didn’t love him, not really, not like how she still loved Burke. But Cyril was a means to an end for her, he would present the opportunity through marriage of a way to get at Burke and Texas was prepared to do whatever it took. She pulled Cyril tighter and held him in her grip as their woohoo making intensified. It was at that point that something began to build up in Cyril…

Cyril rolled out of the bed clutching at his chest, the rigorous woohoo making had taken it’s toll. Texas leapt out of bed, confused as to what was going on for she had no clue that Cyril was sick.

The crushing pain in his chest had completely shut off his air supply and Cyril went into a panic knowing what was happening but he was unable to communicate it to Texas.

A shocked and horrified Texas gasped as Cyril collapsed right in front of her.

He wasn’t moving nor did he appear to be breathing. Texas frantically pounded on his chest in a desperate attempt to revive him.

He was still alive! Relieved that he hadn’t expired totally, Texas slapped Cyril around the face hoping it would bring him around. When it didn’t she began to yell at him in anger!!

All of her plans now looked like they were about to vanish. Would Texas manage to get that ring on her finger before he died?

Across town, Burke had waited patiently in the lobby of The Charlton Hotel for Skankee Dolby, ex-wife of Cyril, to make her appearance. She was the one person who held the answer as to whether or not Thordon Gompson was really Badam Simmington and if Cyril had been the one who had not only kidnapped Badam all those years ago but also had planted a fake Badam. And when he saw Skankee finally come down the stairs, Burke know he would get his answer.

Skankee stopped dead in her tracks shocked that Burke had confronted her. She had hoped to make a getaway without seeing Burke for she knew the extent of his anger and would it would mean for her in her part in covering up the kidnap of Badam.

A furious Burke stared her down. He finally would get the truth from her no matter the cost…and someone would pay dearly…

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 8

Across town, Brystle had arrived at her former husband’s home. This was the first time she had been able to visit him following his assault and robbery the previous week which had resulted in Clarke being hospitalized. He had alleged that Burke had been behind the assault but after he had been arrested, Burke was released without charge pending further investigation.

The guilt of what had happened to Clarke was eating away at Brystle for she believed that Burke had arranged the attack on her former husband. Now she wanted to see with her own eyes jsut what had been inflicted upon her former husband and when he opened the door she was horrified at the scars he bore. Clarke however was not very receptive of her visit.

The mention of the payment of bills only infuriated Clarke all the more. He had left Burke’s office with a check for 5 million Simoleons, his payoff for granting Brystle the divorce. But the assault had also been a robbery and the check was stolen leaving Clarke battered, bruised and broke.

There was no use in trying to deny it publicly any longer. Brystle had wrestled with her conscience long enough and realised she could no longer defend Burke’s actions. If only she knew that in this instance that she was wrong for Burke had nothing to do with the attack on Clarke. It had all been arranged by Texas, her revenge against Clarke for his betrayal (Plot reminder- Texas had brought Clarke to Windenburg when she learned Brystle’s first marriage had never been annulled in the hope that Burke would be furious and throw Brystle out of the mansion. Clarke was to have refused to divorce Brystle , not to take the money and run!)

Clarke’s harsh words were not only hurtful but also left Brystle with a sinking feeling that something terrible was coming her way…

Meanwhile back at the mansion, there was trouble about to explode for the Drysdale’s. Their guest suite in the west wing was about to be rocked by a startling revelation from Mayhew. He stood looking out of the window pensively, knowing that what he was about to say to his wife Malaudia would surely bring her world crashing down yet again. Whilst he knew his wife was of a fragile mental state, he could no longer go on living a lie – their marriage was dead. He loved Brystle and he was calling time on his life with Malaudia. He intended on leaving Siloli this evening and he planned on taking Brystle with him. However, he didn’t count on Malaudia being one step ahead of him…

Mayhew turned around to face his wife. There was no use in going on with the charade of a marriage any longer. Malaudia knew the score and it was time she heard everything.

Malaudia marched straight forward and with all her might smacked Mayhew across the face leaving him stunned.

Malaudia of course was referring to the murder of Detective Morelli earlier that year by Mayhew’s deranged mother. She had been the one who had driven Malaudia insane and had her locked up in a simitarium and blackmailed her doctor to keep her there. Once she got rumbled by Detective Morelli she shot him in the attic of the Drysdale family home before setting fire to the place and fleeing the country taking Malaudia and Mayhew’s daughter Mimsy with her. There hadn’t been a sighting of the fugitive geriatric or her teen granddaughter since despite them both being on the SBI’s 10 Most Wanted list as well as Simterpol.

This wasn’t how he expected Malaudia to be. In fact, Mayhew could see signs of her erratic trait starting to re-emerge. But he couldn’t let that stop him from making this hard decision otherwise nothing would ever change between them.

Malaudia had heard enough! The audacity of Mayhew to stand there and declare his love for another woman!

With that, Mayhew opened the door and left, walking out on his marriage for good. Alone in the room, Malaudia stood staring at the closed door.

And then suddenly…..she snapped…

The voices…they were back in her head….voices that she had tried so very hard to suppress over the past few years….voices that Mother Drysdale had so cruelly exploited when she had driven Malaudia to the edge of insanity….

Malaudia staggered forward and clutched the side of the dresser to steady herself, trying so desperately to silence the voices in her head.

But it was too late, the voices were now in control. And in a fit of rage, Malaudia screamed at the top of her lungs. But would anyone hear her…????

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 7

Back at the Domino residence, Brackie and her lover Oliver were about to leave to go out for a late afternoon drink. It had been a few hours since Heathen had visited and learned that his lover Frankie, Brackie’s brother, had left to re-join the army and also called an end to the relationship. Brackie was relieved that her brother had come to his senses after she had berated him for getting romantically involved with their dead brother’s one time husband. Meanwhile, Oliver, Brackie’s boyfriend, was still in shock to learn that his buddy Frankie was having a woohoo relationship with another male Sim.

Brackie smiled. It was just the little comments like this that made her realise how much she loved Oliver. Their relationship was real and the woohoo was incredible! Nothing like the sham marriage that Brackie had escaped from when she was married to Shaun Peruse, the biggest movie star in the Sim world. The marriage had been a front so as not to damage Shaun’s macho image as an all out action hero and genuine nice guy when the reality was he a control freak and 2nd in command of the weird cult of the Simotologists.

Brackie had tried to make it as a movie star and had hoped by marrying Shaun Peruse it would ignite her career. However the breakout roles never came her way due to Shaun’s influence in Wollyhood, ensuring any major roles did not come her way. That and the fact Brackie’s acting was as wooden as gatepost. After a recent visit back to Wollyhood, Brackie had discovered that in fact no major studio would even let her read for a role and she knew this had to be the work of Shaun as she was unaware of her own lack of talent in the acting field.

As they smooched on the driveway, Julia, one of the servants in the mansion, came out to inform them of a phonecall that had been received on the house phone.

Oliver kissed Brackie one more time and then headed inside leaving Brackie alone on the driveway.

No sooner had he stepped inside and the front door closed, a SUV stopped in front of the open driveway gates of Knits Londing and a shifty looking muscleman leapt out of it with silent cat like precision and made his way towards an unsuspecting Brackie!!

Before she knew a thing , the thug had seized her from behind and silenced her by covering her mouth with his large dinner plate size hands!

Brackie had no time to struggle or scream for the shock of what was happening and with her airways suddenly cut off she quickly passed out! This made it much easier for her kidnapper who effortlessly draped her slight body over his shoulder.

Brackie was unceremoniously dumped in the back of the SUV. Her kidnappers then fled the scene as quickly as they had arrived all in the space of a few seconds! The call to the house had been them, a distraction to ensure Oliver wasn’t there for he was not their target.

A few moments later, Oliver came back out after discovering there was no-on on the other line when he had gone to take the call.

Oliver looked around in puzzlement. Just where was Brackie???

Oliver felt a sudden unease sweep over him. Two years of being the personal bodyguard to that nutjob Shaun Peruse had taught him to always be alert for when thing could go wrong. And in this instance Oliver knew something HAD gone terribly wrong. There was only one reason why Brackie would have suddenly disappeared. And that reason was Shaun.

And just then Oliver remembered the fundamental rules of being a bodyguard as taught to him by his former employer Shaun:

Never let your guard down.

Never let her out of your sight.

Never fall in love….with your employer’s wife….

Oliver was about to pay a terrible price for his betrayal when he and Brackie had run off together fleeing the tyranny of Shaun and the Simotologists.

Across town, Kris Fleegan (Heathen’s architect friend and former roommate visiting from San Myshuno) had just finished an afternoon hook up with a random stranger from GrindaSim. It wasn’t something he normally did hooking up with anonymous strangers in hotels but this visit and seeing his old friend had only just confirmed to Kris that he was secretly in love with Heathen. But with Heathen happy with his new love Frankie, or so he thought, Kris had felt the need to connect with another Sim. As it was his last day in Windenburg and he likely would never return he had decided to browse GrindaSim for a local hook up with no strings attached. And he had been pleasantly surprised with the hunk who had turned up at his hotel room. The woohoo had been incredible leaving Kris in a dazed state. Perhaps this mysterious stranger would be open for another hook up should he ever be in San Myshuno?

Kris’s anonymous lover smiled nervously but said nothing.

The stranger paused for a second and looked like he was about to say something but then changed his mind. He started to pick up his clothes from the floor. Kris, sensing he had spoiled the post woohoo afterglow, quickly got up from the bed and placed his hand on the stranger’s muscly arm.

The stranger sighed as he battled with telling Kris his name. But after years of hiding this side of himself from everyone he decided to tell him his name. Afterall, what harm would it do? Kris was leaving Windenburg, it wasn’t as if he would ever see him again. So, he turned and faced his afternoon lover.

Seth Dolby….husband to Fathom Dolby….Heathen’s sister….

Kris however did not know of the connection.

Seth relaxed a little. It felt good just being able to open up to someone and tell them something about himself instead of it just being discreet anonymous hook ups with no questions.

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 6

A frantic Heathen had raced though traffic at top speed as he tried to get to the terminal on time. How could Frankie leave him like this? Why did Brackie have to interfere? Would all of Heathen’s relationships end in disaster? Not if he could help it Heathen told himself. And as he cut through a red light , screeching across the intersection before screeching to a halt in front of the bus station, Heathen caught sight of Frankie waiting at the bus stop. Heathen HAD made it just in time!! Without a moment to lose he leapt out of his car and ran towards Frankie.

Frankie was stunned to see Heathen. He immediately became concerned when he saw how distressed Heathen appeared.

Heathen realised that Frankie was serious. This really would be the end of their relationship…and it tore his fragile heart in two.

And there it was….the reason why Frankie knew the relationship was doomed form the start. Heathen was still grieving for Fred, Frankie’s identical twin brother. He was so utterly lost in his grief he was mistaking Frankie for his late brother and this was not helping either one of them.

As the other Sims at the bus stop were watching the drama unfold, Frankie led a sobbing Heathen hand in hand out of the way.

Once alone in an alcove, Heathen crumpled in tears. It pained Frankie to see Heathen this way knowing he was causing Heathen to hurt so much.

Frankie held a distraught Heathen tightly in his arms. As Heathen sobbed into his shoulder Frankie realised the only way to get through to him was to speak as if he WERE Fred. Heathen had been robbed of the chance to say goodbye to his husband before his untimely death falling down the stairs of the Sholboi Opera House. Now he could have that chance to say goodbye that he so desperately needed. So, in a tender, calming tone, Frankie talked to Heathen as if he were his brother Fred and told him what he imagined Fred would say if he could.

And in that moment, Heathen understood.

With nothing more to say, he held onto Frankie tightly.

Heathen slowly looked up into Frankie’s eyes. And he saw clearly that it was Frankie, not Fred. But he knew that he was saying goodbye to them both.

The pain of saying goodbye to two men that he loved and lost was too much for Heathen and he had to get away. Blinded by tears he ran away as fast as he could without looking back.

Heathen had run so fast that he was now out of breath as he approached the bridge. He stopped to gasp some air.

After the cathartic scream, Heathen fell to his knees as more tears came.

Realising that no only was Fred gone but also Frankie and that he was going to be alone forever, Heathen once again screamed out in torment.

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 5

Back at the mansion home of Devonique Domino and her children Brackie and Frankie, Heathen had just pulled up into the driveway. Earlier that day he had been frolicking around the pool area with Frankie when Brackie had arrived back unexpectedly with her boyfriend Oliver. Her arrival was a bit of a shock and she didn’t seem to take too kindly to seeing her brother with Heathen. After asking Heathen to have some private time to talk with her brother, Heathen had obliged and left them to it. But now a few hours later he had returned to spend his last few hours with Frankie before Frankie returned to active duty as a soldier with the Simlish army.

Just as he got out of his car, his cell phone rang. Heathen smiled when he saw on the screen that it was his old friend Kris Fleegan calling. Kris was still in town visiting on a work assignment. He and Heathen used to share an apartment years back in San Myshuno and Kris was definitely the more outgoing of the 2. But his visit had been good for Heathen and it was his insistence on going to a nightclub which led Heathen and Frankie getting together.

Kris smiled but inwardly he felt a tinge of sadness for he felt now he had missed his chance to tell Heathen something rather important. Instead he kept positive for his friend who he thought so much of.

Heathen laughed. Kris was always a hoot and a half and he knew how to make Heathen smile. He really treasured their friendship.

Reluctantly, Kris ended the call.

Heathen, oblivious to the fact that his friend was actually IN love with him, happily walked towards the front door of the mansion. Kris sure knew how to have fun and he’d shown Heathen how to live again. Heathen couldn’t help but smile when he thought of Kris. Perhaps he and Frankie would take a trip to San Myshuno sometime to visit Kris, Heathen thought.

Back at his hotel room, Kris’s anonymous GrindaSim date knocked on the hotel room door bringing him back to his senses after being lost in romantic thoughts of Heathen. Kris opened the door and was wowed by the unknown male who had shown up.

The visitor sure had an attribute that caught Kris’s eye and lustful thoughts soon filled his mind…

Back at the mansion, Heathen called out to his boyfriend.

He was met with silence that was followed by the sound of high heel shoes walking across the landing. It was Brackie.

A solemn Brackie looked down at a joyful Heathen. She didn’t want to have to do this, Heathen was a sweet guy….but his relationship with Frankie was not right.

This news stunned Heathen into silence. Brackie made her way downstairs.

It was time for hard facts and Brackie was ready to serve.

Heathen was both hurt and angry. How dare Brackie interfere in their relationship like this!

Brackie’s words cut deep and Heathen looked for a moment that he was about to cry. Brackie sighed and took a somewhat softer approach.

Brackie walked over to a dresser and picked up the letter that Frankie had indeed written to Heathen to tell him his goodbye. She walked back and put it firmly into Heathen’s hands. Reluctantly, Heathen began to read it.

Heathen was distraught. Just when he thought he had found love again it had been cruelly snatched away as before.

Brackie wasn’t a cruel or vindictive Sim and she hated to see Heathen obviously suffer but he had to see reason and know this was for the best.

If he heard, Heathen paid no attention to Brackie. All he knew was thar he had to get to the bus station, he had to see Frankie again. It couldn’t end like this.

Heathen leapt into his car and with a roaring screech he sped out of the driveway. But would he make it to the station in time….????

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 4

Across town, Fathom was with Giles at his playboy home for a mid-morning woohoo session. This had been an ongoing fling between the two of them for some time now. Even though Fathom had reached an understanding with her husband Seth for him to be more spontaneous and adventurous when it came to woohoo, Fathom still felt the need for risk and danger and thus continued with her not so secret affair with Giles, the star soccer player of her father’s football team. He happily went along with the woohoo sessions not only because he was extremely attracted to Fathom but also because it felt good knowing he was winding up his boss Seth by sleeping with his wife. What made it all the more hilarious for Giles was the recent discovery that he was the long lost son of Cyril Dolby and therefore cousin to Seth!! This recent revelation was a titillating shock to Fathom when Giles broke the news as they lay in his bed after their mid morning woohoo marathon.

Fathom sighed and snuggled up to her lover. She hated what she was doing to Seth but also had promised her father to make the marriage work. Seth was a good guy and had lately gotten more interesting to Fathom, but still not enough to stop seeing Giles.

As she kissed her lover, Fathom decided to throw in a bombshell of her own.

It was true and as you recall, Fathom had been at one time infatuated with Cyril Dolby. This was before her mother had returned and claimed Cyril for herself. And it was Cyril who had arranged a deal with Fathom for her to marry his nephew Seth in a devious deal where he would ensure Burke was acquitted during the murder trial of Fred Rimmard. This of course had backfired on Fathom, Burke had found out the truth and was furious with her. Cyril meanwhile had double-crossed her, ensuring the phoney evidence would point to Fathom as being the one who had bribed the jury, not he!

However, this was all unknown to Giles. He had only recently met Cyril and hardly knew the man and did not feel close to him at this stage although he wanted to get know him more. His mother Skankee had tried her best to warn him to stay away from Cyril but he was going against her wishes on this and it had driven a wedge between the once close mother and son. Bu the news that Fathom had once had a fling with Cyril, Giles found very amusing!

Thordon had become Fathom’s latest infatuation. She had felt an instant attraction to the dark haired mysterious lawyer she had met at her father’s office. There was a darkness, a danger to him that drew her near and she had had one date with him at his apartment that had been gate-crashed by Skankee who promptly had ordered her out after demanding to know if she and Thordon had been intimate!! They hadn’t thankfully because unknown to Fathom (and to Giles) was that Thordon was actually Badam Simmington, long lost oldest son of Burke and therefore Fathom’s brother!!

Giles still had a lot to learn about wild Fathom. His declaration of love could be the kiss of death for their relationship for she wanted to keep things between them purely physical.

Giles sensed he had put his foot in it. He no longer felt comfortable either. With the moment lost between them, both decided to wrap up their session and go about their day. For Giles, that involved more soccer training with Windenburg United, and for Fathom she decided on a further meeting with a certain dark haired stranger…

And within the hour Fathom had arranged to meet Thordon in a nearby park that was quite and popular with couples on a romantic stroll. Thordon, who had recently learned he was Badam Simmington, agreed to meet with Fathom as was curious to know if she had learned the truth or not from her father. He had recently told Burke the truth after discovering it from Skankee only to met with hostility and denial from Burke who promptly fired him. But after a few moments with Fathom it was evident to Thordon, aka Badam, that she knew nothing of his secret and was only interested in flirting with him.

There was an imposter in the Simmington household, an actor hired by Cyril Dolby to pose as the long lost Badam Simmington and everyone for the past few months had bought this idea. Fathom had never warmed to the man who claimed to be her brother Badam though she had no inkling of the truth of who he really was or that Cyril Dolby had been up to his old tricks against her father by planting the fake Badam in their household.

Badam took Fathom’s hand in his and smiled at her. A smitten Fathom smiled back, her heart racing as she walked hand in hand with the man she believed was called Thordon Gompson and totally unaware of who he really was.

Fathom decided there and then that things between her and Giles had probably reached their natural conclusion. It was time to set her sights on someone new and that man was Thordon!! So, being the impulsive vixen she was, Fathom grabbed Badam and pulled him close.

For his part, Badam was fascinated by Fathom. She was a complex Sim and he recognised a lot of his own qualities in her. But he would not take it any further with her and since he had learned his true heritage, any attraction he had previously harboured for her had evaporated. Fathom meanwhile was completely oblivious to any of this and was getting impatient as to why Thordon was not kissing her!

Badam gently unwrapped Fathom from around his neck but she remained close resting her head on his shoulder.

Badam pulled away from Fathom’s grip and faced her, his tone of voice changing quickly. It was time to tell her the truth as well as few home truths..

Being of a volatile nature, Fathom was simmering with rage at Thordon reading her for filth.

The news stunned Fathom and for a moment she did not know what to say but eventually some words fell from her trembling lips.

Badam did not want to hurt Fathom but he had to make her see that he was telling the truth.

Fathom exploded in rage and lashed out at Thordon.

An equally enraged Badam refused to back down. He would get accepted as his true self by any means possible.

But there and then, Fathom knew it to be true. Thordon was not lying and in WAS her brother Badam. She felt revolted with herself for feeling attracted to him in the first place and also furious that he knew the truth but allowed her to continuing flirting with him! It was too much to comprehend and she had to get away.

Fathom ran away as fast as her stiletto heels would allow but Badam was determined to have the last word. He had been shunned by one Simmington so far, he would not stand for another turning their back on him!!

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 3

Meanwhile, over at Knits Londing (the home of Simmington half-sibling Devonique Domino and her adopted grown children Brackie and Frankie), star-crossed lovers Heathen and Frankie were enjoying their alone time by the pool. With Devonique overseas and Brackie in Wollyhood pursuing her acting career, Frankie was free to explore his new found relationship with Heathen, the husband of Frankie’s deceased identical twin brother Fred.

Heathen was prone to throwing himself into a relationship. As he was still grieving for the loss of Fred, he was either unaware or unwilling to admit that his love for Frankie was misguided. For Frankie, having never ever been attracted to male Sims before, this was new territory for him and one that he was now not entirely comfortable with. Not for his feelings for another man but rather the fear that Heathen was confusing him for dead Fred.

Heathen’s kisses were getting more and more intense leaving Frankie feeling that he was bout to be devoured. He felt smothered and had to quickly leap up to catch his breath.

Frankie’s fears were confirmed. And realising he had allowed himself to get romantically involved with his dead identical twin brother’s husband was now seeming like a terrible idea. Whilst the proposal was happening, both men were unaware that 2 surprise visitors had arrived and were watching the scene in shock!

Frankie’s heart missed a beat as he saw his sister Brackie had returned unannounced from her trip to Wollyhood along with her boyfriend Oliver. Whilst he stumbled over his words feeling a sudden sense of embarrassment, Heathen looked like the cat who had gotten the cream.

Frankie opened his mouth to say something but no words came out. Sensing his struggle, Heathen happily filled them both in on the fledgling romance.

A simmering rage was building in Brackie. She knew instantly her brother was making a huge mistake getting involved with Heathen. It would only end in heartbreak for him just like it did for Fred.

At that instant, it seemed clearer to Frankie that despite his reservations, he DID love Heathen and he felt really good about himself saying it publicly.

Trying her very best not to explode in rage, Brackie chose her words very carefully as she spoke.

Heathen gave Frankie a peck on the cheek before going inside with Oliver leaving the Domino siblings alone by the pool. Knowing that his sister had a temper and liked to be heard when she wanted to give her opinion, Frankie turned away and tried to make small talk as he moved to the poolside bar.

Knowing her brother was trying to make light of the situation, Brackie hammered home the reality of the predicament Frankie had gotten himself into.

Realising her tone had been too harsh, Brackie sighed. When she spoke after a moment, it was from the heart.

He hated to admit it but Brackie had hit the nail on the head. She had verbalised what he had been feeling and was trying desperately to ignore. Seeing the look on his face, Brackie knew her brother understood her misgivings.

As he stood all alone by the pool, Brackie’s words rang through his mind. Getting together with Heathen had been a terrible mistake!! But with Heathen so wrapped up in love with him, or rather the ghost of Fred, Frankie was in a terrible dilemma – just what should he do???

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 2

Later that morning back at the mansion, Brystle was feeling ever more alone in the large house. Relations between her and Burke were at an all time low. She no longer believed he was the man she once fell in love with. She was full of doubt as to his honesty and she was sure that it was Burke who was behind the attack on Clarke Hemmings, her former husband. And with Mayhew , her one time lover, and the kiss they had shared the other night out on the grounds Brystle was unsure of her future at Siloli.

Despite all of what she was feeling , Brystle still was keeping up appearances with the staff of Siloli. She was still mistress of the house and there were decisions that still need to be made. That was why she was in the kitchen to speak with Mrs Bummerson, the head chef of Siloli.

Brystle was loosing patience with the woman. She was always double checking with the haughty Joseph Flanders, the major-domo of Siloli who had a dislike of Brystle.

Just then the sound of stilettos clacking on tiles filled the kitchen and the shrill voice of Texas asking for Joseph announced her arrival much to Brystle’s chagrin.

Brystle spun around to face her nemesis. Could it actually be true? Was Texas finally leaving? Brystle could hardly contain her happiness.

Never one to be beaten, Texas moved closer to Brystle as she delighted in telling her the news.

Brystle took a deep breath trying her best not to take the bait and rise to Texas’s barbed insults.

There was a momentary silence between the two women accompanied by a bout of intense staring down before Texas smiled and decided to make her exit.

And before she exited, Texas looked back over her shoulder at Brystle and spoke with a devilish twinkle in her eye.

And just like that, Texas sashayed out of Siloli’s kitchen without a glance back knowing she had left Brystle and Burke with a broken marriage. She may not have achieved her initial goal of winning back Burke, but by Sims she was about to hit the jackpot by marrying Cyril and with his billions , Texas knew the fun and games were about to REALLY begin…

SIMASTY Episode 2.15 “Endgame” Part 1

It was the morning after Burke had threatened Texas to be out of the studio or else he would burn it down. Texas, after being humiliated by her ex-husband once she had declared her true feelings to him, had decided to put her plan B into swift action. And so she was already at the home of her lover, billionaire businessman and arch rival to Burke, Cyril Dolby. He had proposed marriage to Texas several times over the past year and she had always kept him waiting for she had hoped to have won Burke back. But now that was certain never to happen, Texas realised she had to act fast.

Cyril was no fool. He knew that Texas was just as devious as he was. He’d always felt that Texas was in love with Burke despite her protests about the man. Even when they were younger and Texas was married to Burke but having her secret affair with Cyril, he’d always been quietly jealous and resentful that Texas couldn’t love him the way she loved Burke. For the best part of a year she had been keeping him waiting on an answer to his marriage proposal. Something must have changed for her to suddenly come around to the idea. Perhaps she had learned the truth that Cyril was dying….Or maybe she realised her chances of reconciling with Burke was never going to happen.

Cyril remained silent as he considered what had happened, prompting a jittery Texas to make sure he was still keen on the idea of their union.

Cyril parted lips with Texas but held her firmly in his grip and stared into her eyes.

Texas saw the suspicion in her lover’s eyes. He could see right through her and she didn’t like it. However, she had to remain cool. Marrying Cyril was her only way to get back at Burke. Quickly she pulled herself away from Cyril.

Texas knew instantly that Cyril was on to her. She couldn’t afford to blow this now, not when she was so close to getting it all. Quickly she spun around and embraced her lover.

Whilst Cyril Dolby lived for destroying Burke Simmington, Texas had, as always, mixed feelings towards her ex-husband. Part of her still loved him but another part of her hated him for what he had done – banishing her from their children’s lives for so many years. And for marrying another, younger, woman who was now mistress of Siloli mansion, a house Texas believed belonged to her. At this moment, her anger towards Burke greatly outweighed the love she felt and she was feeling a deep connection with the dastardly Cyril Dolby and his plans to destroy Burke once and for all.

And right there the unholy alliance between the two of them was sealed. With the marriage between Burkes ex-wife and his sworn enemy on the very near horizon, it could only mean trouble…deadly trouble….
